How many of you have accounts expiring on the expiry day? Speak up.

So, do you all want answers to all the questions arising in your mind? So, this panel is going to be very powerful.

We will be talking about such and such things here, so keep your hands, ears and nose open. Keep your nose open, but keep everything open because we are going to talk about something very powerful.

What are we going to talk about? Investments, trading, even taxation. How many of you are confused about paying income tax for the stock market? Show it with your hands. First, generate some income.

Let’s do one thing. I think, look, we have found a hack that Anand bhai has found.

We just need to name two, he said. So, we are going to start this exciting panel.

How many of you are excited? Awesome. So, we are just going to start.

I will ask solid point to point questions. I will ask them one by one. So, Rishabh bhai, let’s start with you.

And let’s do a quick introduction. Applause for them. Come on. Rishabh bhai, one by one.

I will not introduce. I will say two lines for this lovely audience. Deepak se suraj nahi dekha ja sakta. Deepak se suraj nahi dekha ja sakta. Birds cannot be taught to fly. What advice can you give? You are the expert. What advice can you give? You are the expert. Those who make the path, cannot be shown the path. Hello. So, we are going to talk about some interesting things here. Generally, for those who don’t know, I talk about long term investment, I talk about scams, I talk about business case studies. So, looking forward to this session. So, yes. Thank you very much to all of you. Hello everyone. My name is Neeraj Joshi. I am from Dehradun, Uttarakhand. And I have been working in the stock market for the last 8 years. We also have a YouTube channel, by the name of Neeraj Joshi. In which, whatever I have learned in the last 8 years, I teach there. And this is my introduction. Hello everyone. My name is Tarun Malhotra. And first of all, how is the excitement guys? So, I make videos on finance. So, you can search me on Instagram by the name Tarun Malhotra.

Hello everyone. My name is Sachin Saxena. By profession I am a chartered accountant.

And all the issues related to the stock market you will find on my YouTube channel Experts with Sachin.

And here also you can ask any question related to taxation on this panel. Thanks.

So guys, are you excited? Hey, come on, are you excited? Great, great, great.

Let’s start directly with the questions and answers. We have a lot of good panelists. So, the first question you must be thinking, I will start with Prasad. So, Prasad, are you ready? Ready, ready. Hello once.

Hello. Look, what’s the matter? Prasad, a lot of events are happening in the market nowadays. Someone releases a report. I mean, we will not take names, it is risky.

Somebody releases a report. Now, if there is a news that a bank has collapsed, we will not name it.

Then there is a group of stocks, something happens to it. Tell me one thing, many people who come here are worried about these things. Are you worried or not? Yes or no?

So, many people are worried. So, tell me three things, when we come to the stock market, we should take care as equity investors to avoid such events. This is a very controversial question. So, before that, let me check your safety.

How many of you believe in the Hindenburg? Raise your hand and tell me.

And how many of you believe in the Adani Group? Okay, because I have to go to Pune safely.

You will disappear on the way, but okay. So, according to me, the way these events happen, so one thing is to see, form an opinion based on the research you have done. So, it is better to do your own analysis and form an opinion.

So, simply put, I believe that you should not go into too much detail. If you look at simple things, you should get an idea from that.

Like, if a company has a growth rate of 20%, or let’s say its PE is 20%, then I will expect the company to give me a growth rate of 15%. This is my simple expectation.

But if a company is asking for 100% PE, I will expect 80% PE, 70%-80% and if it is 200-30%, then I will expect a growth rate of 15% from the company.
